If company are people too shouldn't PG&E be in jail for life?
(I think the board and C level should be in jail and the shareholders wiped out)

Then a company isn't a person and the CEOs need to be charged with at least 84 counts of 2nd degree homocide for neglecting safety precautions they knew would cause deaths.

@KitsuneAlicia @whiskeysailor you can kinda jail a company, that's roughly how I'd characterize freezing assets, but we only do that for companies if they're owned by people the state doesn't like. Would be interesting to normalize it for malfeasance regardless of whether we approve of the owners
