I should have gotten the brisket sandwich instead (cheaper, just as good) but getting the plate meant I asked what sides besides corn they had and they started serving smoked mac'n'cheese! And since that is the whole reason I bought myself... I mean mom... a smoker for Christmas I ate the heck out of it
